THE ACTING PERSON

The Acting Person is the human source of the act within Bead Impact Art.

Every Unit requires real human participation. The Acting Person may be an artist or someone with no previous artistic experience; a child, an adult, or an older person; someone acting independently or someone who requires physical, cognitive, or communicative support.

The way an act is performed may vary, but the significance of the act does not depend on age, ability, education, technical skill, or conventional forms of communication.

Support may assist the action without replacing the person who performs it. The Acting Person remains the person whose participation, decision, and material act become part of the Unit, with the form of support adapted to their individual abilities.

Within Bead Impact Art, every person has the possibility of action, and every real human act has significance.
